New growth! HELP!!

I have had my fiddle leaf fig for about two months and it finally has new growth...but the new growth has red specks all over it. The rest of the plant looks great. Can anyone help me? It has been in the same location with plenty of indirect sunlight. I water it every week in a half to two weeks. Location: Florida.
