Is it blooming now or is from this spring?

Babs it's a spring bloomer. I found this pic with a "May" 2012 date.

Check out Königskind and The President. You can also do a search on the Clematis on the Web search page. Fill in the info you know and then look at the possibilities one by one, remembering that color of images is often off. Look more at shape, petal edges, colors in the central boss of stamens, and when you find possibilities then do a more general web search for images of that clematis. The dark red-purple center will eliminate many that have yellow centers.

I found the clematis you mentioned on CotW and it is consistent with your photo. It is actually named Maria Louise Jensen according to CotW. To get a return on the name of a clematis on the CotW search page, it helps to only type one word since the search engine doesn't seem to like spaces. I just typed in Jensen in the name blank and left everything else unfilled.
