Congratulations!!! I would take that huge tree out. Then evaluate the front. You are probably going to need something along the side to hide neighbors trash/recycle bins. Did you want to change the color?

How wonderful for you!! I agree about removing the large tree. I would paint the shutters a dark sage. Replace the storm door with a full glass one and then paint it the same color as the door. Replace the wrought iron rails with white wood rails. Then get some new landscaping. Get new larger light fixtures. You have very minor things to do to your lovely home!
