Hello,

I've planted a bunch of different citrus and citrus rootstock cuttings that I obtained from a local nursery. Half have rooted and been hardened off and are growing well. The other half seem to be stuck in cutting limbo. They haven't developed any roots but little shoots are out on all of them. Why is that happening? Should these little shoots be pinched off bc they are retarding root development? All the cuttings were soft and about 6 inches and left with 1-3 leaves each cut in half. Thanks!
