You could consider trundle beds.

If children are sleeping there, I would do two bunk beds. If adults and children are sharing the room, maybe you can do a bunk bed with a full sized mattress on the bottom and a twin up above. You might even be able to have a trundle bed below the full mattress.

I had a bedroom with these dimensions in my last condo in Florida. As jwbarone said if the room is for children only, two bunk beds maximize the sleeping space. A tall chest between the bunks will provide adequate drawer space. If, on the other hand, this is a room for adults, I like two extra-long twin beds. You only need one dresser between the beds for drawer space in this configuration. Good luck in your new home!
