My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Please tell me about the Paint color, vanity, super classy and cute Octopus picture!I just love this powder room. It's very tasteful but the octopus and chandelier provide the whimsy. Well done!

    Thanks again! The paint is Sherwin William's "Agreeable Gray" SW7029. The vanity is the Fairmont Toledo Open-Shelf Vanity in Driftwood Gray and is from Hughes Supply and the fixture is the Charlotte 3-light Chandelier from Lee Lighting. Hope this helps!
