Finally!... Still time for these to bloom?

Finally... Two summers of pampering my plumerias... And I finally get an inflo! Unfortunately, autumn has decided to arrive this week bringing lows in the upper 30's to low 40's... with highs only in the mid 60's. On a happier note, I am able to bring my plumerias into the greenhouse where I work. I'm just wondering if they will still mature to blooming size this late in the season. Question two... Will my plumerias always set flowers this late in the season? I always thought they were more of a summer time bloomer. There is a Thai restaurant a few blocks from me that has several large plumerias... 5-6 foot... In pots outside their front doors. These flower all summer long starting as early as June. Does earlier flowering come with age... Or will mine always bloom at this time? Thanks for any info.
