Are there any African Violet Varieties like This?

I'm on a search for an African Violet with a double bloom type (like Little Ottawa Girl), and girl foliage! Does such exist? Any bloom color would be fine!!

Thank you so much everyone! I have tried searching myself, but haven't had too much luck... I figured maybe the violet experts here could help me out :)

(P/S: ALL violets are beautiful to me, but I've recently become fascinated by girl foliage... And my collection is really lacking double blooms!!!)

Oooh, I took a look at P.J.'s this morning, and the violets are absolutely gorgeous! A lot of them seem to have girl leaves, and double blooms too!! Harmony's Very Berry, Harmony's Salt and Lime, Kermit, and Shiawasee Trail seem to have the traits I'm looking for!! Especially Shiawasee Trail. Thank you for the suggestion :)

And thank you for the suggestion too, Quimoi!! Rococo Rose is beautiful. I thought I had posted my response last night, but apparently I didn't? I'd be fine with Standards, Mini's, or Micro Miniatures!! Sorry, I should've specified :)

Petite Blarney is beautiful!! I love the way the pink and green blooms blend together, and it's foliage is lovely. Thank you so much for all of the fantastic suggestions everyone :)

    Try Shiawassee Trail.

Shiawasee Trail (9023) 03/23/2001 (S. Sanders/R. Brenton) Double blue and white variable star. Medium green girl foliage. Standard trailer

It has some of the most extreme girl foliage I've seen. I believe Lyndon Lyon carries it at times.

I saw Shiawassee Trail and fell in love! No one's carrying it at the moment though, but thank you for the tip! I'll keep an eye for it on the Lyndon Lyon site.

I also think girl leaf AV's (esp. the ones with more petals) are sweet. Shiawassee Trail is available now and then on Ebay from CVVioletry. I've seen it offered there more than once. Hope you find it someday!

Seems double and semi-double blooms over girl foliage are less common than singles, but they're out there. Doing a search turned up these varieties:

    Ma's Melody Girl

    Skagit Tiny Limelite

    Ramblin' Lassie

    Goldilocks

    Snuggles Lady Dawn

    Lil Rich Girl

    Peppermint Girl

Keep your eyes open - you never know when you might come across what you're searching for. Good luck adding to your collection!

Thank you so much! I absolutely LOVE all of these varieties. Especially Peppermint Girl.

I was very tired when I first saw your post, and thought that said "Snuggles Lady Down" (lol). Googling that brought up pictures of a stunning variety called "Snuggles Little Girl" which has variegated girl foliage AND double blooms! Wow. What a sweet accidental discovery, haha!

Oh, now you have a mission - to find a source for these cuties. I wish you success! :-)

The good part about Rococo - it is a cast iron plant. About as unkillable as Optimaras.

I'm excited about my little mission! And I'm happy to know the traits I'm looking for exist in quite a few plants! :) Thank you!! :)

That's wonderful to hear! It's pretty AND hardy!! Just makes it even more appealing. :)

If you're still looking for Shiawassee Trail, I wanted to let you know that I just ordered one from PJsviolets. I'm excited about getting it. I'm a big fan of girl foliage and double blooms - plus I am originally from Michigan, which has a trail called Shiawassee Trail. :)

What about Mac's Pizza Pizzicato, I think that is a double pansy. Of course, I also love Maid in Japan, with it's lavender flowers with a white edge and Toronto Belle, which is variegated. Sadly, those two are singles, but looking is free...
