My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I would like to hang similar shade structure on the side of my house. Where did you purchase the adjustable shade panels?

We got ours from a local company in Los Angeles, Van Nuys Awnings https://www.vannuysawning.com/

I'm sure you can get this made elsewhere. They are typically referred to as retractable shades/sails or "slide on wire" adjustable canvas awning
