What to do NEXT!!??

Howdy, Folks! I am pretty much a pLumeria novice. I bought 3 stems at last yea's Philadelphia Flower Show. They have grown outside but here in NYS zone 6 the temps are going below 50F at night so I am guessing it is time to bring them in. So now what? Do I withhold water and suggest they go dormant? Do I try to keep them growing over winter since they are so young? I do not have great light...thanks in advance...

Bring indoors and withhold wAter to induce dormancy or water and enjoy as a houseplant but still more care is needed as you need to balance watering with dry indoors. Letting it go dormant is easier

One plant is not as advanced as the others. Is it still OK to induce dormancy? Plus do I need to keep them in the dark or light, and temp suggestions please...

Low light, dry, no cooler than 50 deg. An unused bedroom would work

Usually our house is kept at 67F in the day and I think around 60F at night. I have been using one bedroom as a place for my African violets that are under lights, could this be an OK place if they are not near any windows or the lights. Sorry to ask so many questions but I really don't want to kill them!
