I've got a pile of assorted marigold seeds (mostly short varieties). I plant them in each corner of my raised beds to ward off bugs, so they're all open-pollinated (and I get all sorts of colors for variety's sake), but if you like mysteries, I'd be happy to trade (I'm looking for vegetable seeds mostly).

Hi guys - I know this isn't strictly a swapping question, but I am just starting research on companion flowers for my raised veggie beds. I noticed you all have a lot of the companion flowers mentioned here - marigolds, calendula etc. Have you had success with them for improving your vegetables, keeping bugs away etc? (Sorry if I'm not supposed to mix threads, I just joined garden web today). Thanks so much :)

T, no harm in asking but I don't have alot of experience to provide you answers. I DID plant my marigolds around my tomatoes in an effort to repel bugs tho
