Plant identification?

I bought a terrarium at a local farmer's market this past weekend. Could anyone point me in the direction of what this plant is? I thought it may look like a succulent, in which case I would need to repot the plant. I would love to know in order to take good care of this guy! Thank you in advance!

I would advise posting your query on the Cacti & Succulent forum.

You most definitely have some succulents in there. The small plants (both succulents) at 5/6 o'clock and 9 o'clock look to be some sort of Echeveria to me. The lil ones at 2 o'clock may be a type of sedum (also succulent). The big guy reminds me of an etiolated (stretched out from insufficient light) Peperomia or perhaps Kalanchoe, but not at all sure on that one.
