Marble or Quartz?

Stuck between the two. Ignore the tile backsplash we are doing white subway instead. Having the hardest time deciding on the Zodiaq quartz (sample on the right that has the cabinet pictured) and the marble that is pictured with the whole slabs. Flooring is old Dutch by duchateau (medium honey)

I think both would look great! Be prepared to take extra care of the marble and deal with some imperfections. Your cost will be a bit higher with the quartz but the durability will be outstanding.

If you like to bake, Marble is the favorite of many for rolling doughs and is truly unique. Quartz is the more durable surface for sure especially in the scratch resistance category. My personal choice would probably be the Marble. The scratching that occurs through normal use does not bother me, and the natural feel seems more luxurious to me.
