My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It is a bit sad how the Large Cats have declined in numbers at meetings and shows. The orchid name is a memorial to a guy who worked for a large orchid nursery in the USA.
They are the large flowered type. At our orchid Society, 110mm or more across the widest point of the flower. The jargon word is floof (Floofy), in the good old days they would arrive at a show in their corsets. The corsets would be taken off just prior to the orchid judging. They would look great, maybe win best orchid of the show.
Next day (without corsets) they flopped.
Replaced by types that do not need grooming.
The beautiful orchid posted by the OP is Rlc. Memoria Crispin Rosales. There are numerous clones of the orchid and it has been much used in breeding. You might still find them for sale.
