So I've chosen everything for our new kitchen, except the sink. BM White dove cabinetry, basalt slate laminate perimeter countertops, colonial white granite island - and now I'm trying to choose a sink color to go with the colonial white. At first I thought it would be easy. Then we went to the plumbing store where the woman helping us showed me how different sink colors can bring out different tones in the stone. Now I'm scared to death of choosing something that brings out the small purplish specks, or the small green specks, or the yellowish undertones. Am I over-thinking this? I must be. Today I went back to the granite supplier with the enamel samples for the sink...we landed on "thunder grey" (kohler executive chef sink) but now I am *totally* second-guessing myself! HELP!
