Your plants look good, but in need of repotting which I wouldn't do now. I'd wait until Spring.

I would carefully sit those plants in a large basket or bucket with some wood chips and sphag until you can repot.

Mine live outdoors and get rained on. We have had a lot of rain this summer, every day. These orchids do not seemed fazed by it. No crown rot but I do get fungal problems due to the high humidity. I spray them with an organic fungus spray every few weeks.

Mine grow inside my lanai. They get full morning sun and afternoon until about 3pm. They are in the Vanda family and want the sun and heat.

I have never had crown rot on any of them. I would give them full sun, pot them in a well draining medium (bark, little sphag) and water them when dry. They do not like to go dry. They take a lot of water/fertilizer.

These plants are slow growers. My big one is over 12 years old and makes 2 leaves per year. They do make off-shoots when younger.

So lots of sun, rain and fertilizer. Don't baby them at all.

You can see I put this in a wood basket. I lined it with coco fibre. It is in large bark. It drains freely which they like. The mother plant is large with off-shoots growing even bigger. I hope to get multiple spikes this winter from mother and babies (who knows. This grows in full sun.

This plant has become so big it is like a shrub. It also needs cool nights to trigger spikes. It has been very hot here but we had a few cooler nights last week (75F) and I just started to notice some spikes. It would begin to spike in early September in NY. Since moving to Florida it is set back two months. Makes it hard for me to enter in shows.

Just put your plants carefully in bigger pots. Don't repot now! Wait for Spring and soak those roots so you can save as many as possible. They really don't like to lose roots. But I would put them in baskets with fibre or bark now. Don't let them dry out.
