Need help locating inside "shutters" made with cloth

Greetings... One of the favorite parts of my current apt in a Victorian home are the stained glass and "shutter" covering. Any idea what these are really called and where these may be found/made?
I just got my first home and would love to recreate this look in one of the rooms off the living room. Thanks.

I have never seen anything exactly like them, but, I wonder whether they didn't originally have wood panels in them to close up the house in bad weather? In any case, you could certainly find a cabinetmaker to construct them for you but it most likely won't be inexpensive.

My daughter has the same thing in her living room! They recently restored an old house. She currently does not have any fabric in them.

Thank you all for the comments! Now that I know to look for fabric insert shutters (instead of cloth shutters that results in cameras), Ill take a stab in the Google engine! Also checking colonial shutter work to see the charge to deliver beyond their area.
