There was more excitement & enthusiasm during this swap than any I've been to in years....many, many years. I thoroughly enjoyed the crowd (yes, we had a crowd!), the plants (many of them new to me) and as always, the camaraderie & conversation. My only complaint was having to drive home with all that "egg" on my face ;-D

Thanks for organizing one of the best swaps ever. Everyone was so enthusiastic and friendly. I learned lot from talking to the people there and lunch afterwards was great too. I hope we can have it at the same site next spring. Please try to get the photographs from the president of the Gadsden Master Gardner's Association and post them.

Susan, see the request Nelson made this morning and my reply to it. I plan to make those photos available. I will make an announcement when they are posted.

Kenneth and I are both working on getting the pictures to post and I have already talked to the MG president about having one and doing a covered dish picnic next May after our big plant sale. The local people enjoyed this one and I think their enthusiasm will spread. We should be able to get some MGs from surrounding counties and some members of garden clubs here. It could well grow a lot. Let's hope!

Jimmy & I enjoyed the swap very much. Nice to see new fellow plant lovers there. It always is amazing how many plants were not familiar to me. Now I'm looking forward to the next time.
