Adenium 2nd Bloom + Bonus (seed pod)

Suddenly I notice that there is a seed pod coming out from the top of one of the blooming branch. I would like to know when is the right time to wrap a string around it. Wait for it to turn yellowish? This's the first time to harvest a seed pod from adenium. Your information would be needed.
