another of my adeniums developed a brand new condition... I don't know if they are trying to teach me everything asap or what :D

Small yellow spots. Nothing happening on the underside of the leaves, but they are more red in coloration. No ring around the spots to indicate its fungal. Can't be scraped off. I looked at it under a magnifier, it seems to be harder textured but glossy like the leaf itself. Only three leafs show this condition, one is serious, the other two have the dots "emerging", not growing. No uninvited guests seem to inhabit the plant or its surroundings.

We had to start heating our radiators not long ago. Is the air too hot or dry?

I isolated the plant from the others, they seem to be fine.
