A square morning glory...?

I found a square shaped morning glory today... interesting!

    @jeffatlanta , @Whirly Gigs - The square blooms form when only 4 ribs are produced , rather than the usual 5 ribs...The ribs can be best seen on the outside of the bloom as the thickened tissue that forms the support beams of the bloom...The 'rib' viewed from the inside of the bloom is called the primary fold and the secondary folds are in-between the primary folds and typically have no rib...I'm usually on my groups at FB, although once in awhile I browse through here...Want to contact or connect with me (?)...Click onto my name to see my homepage...
