this door was custom made by a local door manufacturer, so it is not an off the shelf type of item...BUT it is not a difficult thing to make for a good door manufacture. this was made by Nightingale Architectural Doors, Inc. 972-878-1133, nighingaledoors.com...if you show them this picture i'm sure they can produce one for you.
