This just makes me so irritated when this happens. I'm so sorry they did this to you and stole your picture to sell their items. Tells me a lot about their credibility ..

I hope you can report them .

Someone did this to me on Ebay and took pictures from my Photobucket when I had it to " public". Now, I have it as private .

Please keep us informed and I hope you can make them take this down. It's just wrong.

Fraud in seed selling is an age-old problem just made worse by the internet. The product is cheap to produce and almost impossible for the consumer to validate,

I understand if you don't want to identify the seller in public here, but at the same time I wouldn't mind if you did. I imagine (and hope) it isn't Mr. Ko or AdeniumCenter.

The other thing to keep in mind is that copyright is looked at differently in some countries and the seller that borrowed your picture may not have had malice in their heart. Did you attempt to contact the seller and/or ebay?

Laura and Rooftopbklyn, I haven't contact them yet. Also another nursery in Viet Nam did the same thing. I don't know what country. Will look closer today.

That is annoying, Marie. Your plants are so glorious, that's why. It's only a matter of time before some peabrain tries to sell seeds for trees with three different bloom colors, using your pictures as product photo.
