Kitchen remodel

Buying all new appliances, (most likely the last ones I will ever buy, as I am retiring and trying to plan my dream kitchen)
I am thinking of wall ovens; they would be easier to manage. I do a lot of baking. As I figure cost, I am wondering if this would end up being a more costly option as I would need to buy a cooktop separately. Appreciate any ideas/suggestions.
