I had them. I brought them and used them as houseplants in the winter. THey like the sun, and I had a plastic thing under the pot so I could water them alot and not worry about the carpet.

I bring mine in every year and water hyacinths and they do fine until spring. Just need a place where they can sit in water.

Like Butterfly4u said, they will do nicely as house plants. Make sure they receive light and keep them moist at all times.
