Check out the attached pic. We removed some load bearing beams and really opened up the home.That rear room in the back was gutted and redone. It will get sanded today. But I'm not sure which paint color to go with.

Option 1: The rest of the house is silver screen (light grey) by Behr. I'm considering just painting Silver Screen the entire back room as well. My reasoning is that the floor in that rear room and the floor in the front of the house is different. Both light colored but different and I want to create a sense of continuity/flow since the floors will not provide it. I want to avoid making the house appear segmented when we just did work to open it up.

Option 2: Go a darker grey in that rear room.

Option 3: Use silver screen in the back room but for the wall the windows are in make that an accent wall and go with ___________.

Finally, for that fireplace back there, we're thinking of spray painting the front bronze looking piece black and painting the red brick over with white....but not pure white, it'll look, "distressed" (not sure of the actual terminology).
