My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can you tell me the patio cover stain manufacturer and color? Is this rough doug fir?

    Thank you for your question, the stain is a custom color. Unfortunately I am not certain the species of wood used.

    fedspeyer - I ended up going with a custom stain and used Tungsten Royce, located in Santa Ana, CA
