Are you actually looking for a Pelargonium, commonly referred to as a Geranium? Most cultivars would not survive in such a small pot so you need to be looking for miniature Pelargoniums. I don't grow them but some Googling should find you some names. Also be aware that they need a lot of light. Does your office have big windows?

pretty decent size windows! might buy some kind of small led to help supplement but still deciding what kind of decorative plant i want in the office
