Wondering if you're still happy with how the chalk paint is holding up on your cabinets?

The red kitchen was beautiful! Why change it to boring blue?

Haha! I was actually bored with red & the blue which is actually a turquoise is definitely not boring! :)

Heather M , I actually didn't use ASCP on kitchen cabinets but used it on the antique hutch. I used SW ProClassic enamel on cabs. They are holding up great! Don't think I'd use ASCP on kitchen cabs.

Ahhhh...I...think the original was actually warmer.

I liked the original and the red more than the turquoise, but they're all cute.

I think the original one is great especially for the wooden cabinets working well with the cream walls. But I also appreciate the new one for the new sink and faucet.
Actually, if you want to change the style of the original one, I think the red walls are better than blue.

I definitely liked the red better, it suited the country feel more.

Thanks all for your comments & opinions. It's no matter to me of any negative comments . The turquoise wall does make me happy, tho' ! My husband freaked when he came in after I completed it but liked it after a few days.,He's used to my changes as I'm a professional decorative painter & am always changing things up . I am much more bold with my own stuff than what I do for clients. I probably will have to change it again as we are selling.... No one would enjoy the turquoise as I have & I probably will add a turquoise wall to the next house... Well, maybe... Ya never know but turquoise is definitely NOT boring but happy!! :)

I love the look of the painted cabinets. And while I also preferred the red walls, the beauty of the cream cabinets is that one can change the wall color as often as you like and they go with just about anything. It's just paint - live a little and change things up from time to time.
