Kitchen back splash tile

Hi All,

We had our house recently built. The kitchen back splash is tiled in diagonal pattern. We started to notice wrinkles on the tile and slowly the tile color is chipping. We have tiled our bathroom with the same pattern but no wrinkles or surface chipping.

Any advice us appreciated!

Contact the builder. He should have some sort of warranty built into the home where these things can be fixed. It shouldn't be doing that.

Wow, that is weird. It looks like the finish was just painted on instead of glazed.

not to question you, but the lower 'squiggle' is duplicated on the adjacent tile.....are you sure this is not part of the design?
