I know this may be a little off topic but it does involve pumpkins.

Have any of you come across any killer roasted seed recipes? I may have a ton of pumpkins available to me for free so I want to compost the meat (feed some to my wigglers) and save the seeds to make some delicious snacks for me and my kids. Any ideas out there?
