Coconut growth in 4 months

Planted this coconut in early July when I bought my house. This is Orlando.
Here it is in early November. The base is at least 7" wide now and the tallest frond over 6' from the ground. Still plenty of heat here now and hoping for a kind winter. I know they get mixed reviews here in central Florida.
