Before I order

The ceiling height is only eight feet. I need the height of the fan in inches from top to bottom (the thread shows responses as both 55cm/22in and 40cm/16in). Which is correct and how much does the assembled fan weigh, please?

    hi, the total height of the fan from the ceiling to the bottom is 55cm which is about 22in. And the weigh of the fan is 6.5kg.

      Can I install the fan without the down rod to make it shorter?

      Hi, I can ask the factory to try their best to shorten the rod, but I think you can't install the fan without a rod.
