My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
And it keeps going. By the end of November it will have been in bloom or bud for 35 months. The last 2 summers the flowers dwindled. It got down to 1 unopened spike. As the summer temps began to moderate the inflorescences came back as you can see. I did a major adjustment. It is a pot in a hanging basket. But over time it was going over the basket and becoming horizontal. I did the basket in a basket on an angle to make the plant more upright. The plant was agreeable.
