do the arms move?

what to need to find out is whether the arms move up and down (closer and further from the ceiling) and do they spin so lights can face up or down?

also - what is the max watt bulb for each fixture?

Hello,

The arms can't move up and down but can spin. The shades can face up or down. The maximum watt for each bulb is 60. Thank you.
