My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Would anyone be interested? Trade?

I have 6-8 baby Minervas, 2 baby Red Lion and one teenaged Pasadena that I don't need.
I'm interested in trading them- is there interest? I know the Minerva and Red Lion are boring varieties but I'm trying to pear down the collections.
