What are you looking to accomplish?

That looks like DH basement shower, sans light. His has spiders though, does yours? Just kidding; as Millworkman asks, what are you trying to accomplish?

ETA that I am just kidding you about your shower, though my DH really does take a shower with the spiders in the basement.

I need a celing on it but the light is high so it would have to b a see thru ceiling or ?

Is this a basement shower? If it is, why do you need a ceiling? Are there joist exposed to which you would mount the drywall/ceiling material? When you put drywall on a ceiling, the electrician just has the electrical box for the light mounted so that the dry wall can be cut around it and the edge of the electrical box is flush with the finished drywall material. Or you can have the light removed from the area before you drywall.

Here is an example of my walls. The same holds true for ceiling I believe. First picture is before drywall, the second is after it was in place.

You can post this on the remodel forum. When I look at your ceiling it looks like the light is mounted straight to the subflooring from the floor above. I don't know if that is correct or not. If you take this to the remodel forum there may be more detailed information on this question, since it is not really related to bathrooms, but more of a remodel question. I don't believe that the shower is meant to have a ceiling resting on top of the sides. It looks like a fiberglass shower stall. You don't put ceilings on those. This is an example of a fiberglass shower stall. They are only about 6.5' tall. I believe by code a shower ceiling can not be less than 7' high. But thats why I recommend the remodel forum as well, as they can readily advise on codes, electrical, construction questions.
