Bathroom dysfunction

I have a very large bathroom that (literally) does not have any countertop or storage to speak of. Two toilets, two pedastal sinks, one clawfoot tub. The end. The bathroom is on 2nd story of 1928 Craftsman Bungalow & roof slopes down on sides. Any interesting suggestions?

Photos would help.

Can you add storage with a medicine cabinet? If you inset it in the wall, you can get a lot of stuff in it.

If you have room for two sinks, then you at the least have room for two vanities, which will add both counter space and storage. Photos will definitely improve suggestions, however. And/or a floorplan.
