My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

PB Graham or Eastman Ballard Designs Secretary Desk

Anyone have either of these secretary desks? If so, please share your feedback on them. How functional are they? How beautiful? Mine would be in the dining/kitchen area in a great room--visible, in short, 24-7. All the ones I love are more expensive than these, incl craigslist find (which I would need to strip and paint and redesign). I would like antique white in the Graham I think and White Oak in the Eastman. This is the PB one.
