Thanks! I will cut it off and the greenhouse is incredibly humid however, I'm kind of annoyed that I have to cut it off anyway, its tiny, and it has sat in water recently, should I decrease humidity? It was in a little glass dome sitting in water, in the greenhouse its 80%-90% humidity, but it has somewhere for air to come in, but the infected leaf is on of the 3 leaves, so its not good, its a major leaf

I can't imagine high humidity being an issue with these. What temperature is it inside the green house? You say " It was in a little glass dome sitting in water .." In a rainforest water (rain) is highly oxygenated and constantly moving through. It doesn't sit still long enough to get stale or stagnant, not for epiphytes the way they grow. I think your problem is too much water around the roots.

I'd say the damage was done while it was sitting in the water. It likes temperatures up to around 30C but deals easily with higher if in shade and with high air humidity. 15C to 20C is right at the bottom of its temperature range where growth would be very slow, or maybe non-existant. So if you're going into winter now you might have to add more heat, or just wait for summer to get good growth.
