I live in South West Algeria, where we barely have any rain through the year.

I'm building a small house in a new area, where the land is rocky and dry, yet I was noticing a plant/herb growing in the midst of nowhere and it is very green and pleasing to the eye, and it kept surviving the whole blazing heat, and now it's really cold and I saw a little one sprouting next to it.

I will attach pics of it here, although my phone's lens is scratched, it still shows how it looks, and I watered it today by a bottle hoping it will survive and produce some seeds that I can use.

I know a lot if plants in our region are either medical or poisonous, so I want to know if it's OK to put it in my garden and whether I can transplant it without killing it.
