Questions:

Will the colors/petal texture/petal shape etc. improve in subsequent flowerings, as the plant ages, or, is the "first flowering" an indication of what the plant will produce in the future years?

So I'm guessing that after the seedling plant blooms for the first time the grower can then either decide if the plant worth growing, or if it's not?

Beautiful bloom, Jim. Also keeping it out of direct sun will help the blooms to last longer.

Frank i believe the 1st flowering is a good indication of how future blooms will appear, the ratio of great flowers to the normal flower is about 40 to 1 growing from seed (that is from my experience)

This has been a long term hobby of mine 7 years into it, after growing the parent from seed and then waiting another three years fot this one, cant wait for next seedling to flower (maybe 4 weeks from now) here is the parent flower, i have had seeds pods now 2 years in a row from this plant

Beautiful bloom very unusual (reverse colors) as I generally see white with pink edge. Solid patience Jim to grow and wait for results!
