My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello,

    If you return an item the actual shipping cost to and from would be deducted from the refund. That is something that both of us would want to avoid. If you are looking at this item I can assure you it is very plush and comfortable. If there are any concerns I would like to address them before ordering. I did see Houzz is offering $50 off of $250 order more today. Please let us know if you have any questions.
