Hi everyone --
I'm a freelance writer looking to make a pitch to a magazine about disability and gardening. I'm a disabled gardener myself, though my wife does more of it than I do at the moment (and really at this very moment, the garden is nothing but rock solid frozen earth b/c of winter).

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to be a source for my pitch, to give me a couple quick quotes that I could use when pitching the editor. If I were assigned the story, then I'd want to do a longer interview with that person(s).

I don't exactly know in what direction the article would take, some of it would come from doing a mini interview with a disabled gardener. But here's a list of things that might be the focus:

Psychological benefit to gardening when disabled

Physical benefit

Aesthetic benefit

Nutritional benefit

Focus on one garden(s), with pics.
