A toddler bed converts in to chairs.... Now this is creative. I'd definitely recommend friends and family

I really love the idea, but not crazy about the chair style, as they have a specific look and seem quite low for seating. I would rather sell the bed when my child outgrew and let another child enjoy and then purchase chairs that complimented the size of the room and the needs.

Many childrens' rooms could not accommodate two, as they look fairly wide and deep. I suppose one could be moved to another child's room though.

Makes no sense. There would have to be a big open space in your home just waiting for the toddler to outgrow the bed so it could be filled in with two bulky chairs and a table. It's a clever conversion project but I don't see the practicality.

Thank you for your feedback quercus2! Once the toddler outgrows the bed, parents tend to store it away. Instead of collecting dust, parents can have multiple usage for it. The pieces would even be great in any play room!

I do not think the chairs look comfortable or functional, but then again I don't understand why anyone would buy a toddler bed. My kids all went right from crib to a regular bed (with bed rails attached at the very start). Toddler beds seem like a waste of money and an example of the industry creating a "need" when there really is none.

Although you not find toddler beds necessary, some parents do not have the space for a full size bed, so they opt for these options. The industry is simply creating items to cater to as many demands as possible :)

Hi DOM Family - I agree a full size bed takes up more space, but a twin is sufficient and takes up barely more than a toddler size bed, especially one with headboard/footboard like yours. And frankly if you are going to have the space for the large chairs that this bed transforms into, you should have the space for a regular twin size bed. I doubt anyone space challenged in their home would find this transition very practical.

My kids slept in twin beds until they left home, as did I so many years ago. I know the trend now is to give kids full or queen size beds, but I also see that as not being a necessity. Buy a good twin size mattress and boxspring and it will see your child through from the time they leave the crib to the time they leave home.

And as an aside, you are still faced with storing/selling/disposing of the mattress when you change from toddler bed to chairs.

I hope you are successful with your product - I just personally find it rather wasteful and a bit of a gimmick.

It's a fine product and the concept is well known in Scandinavia where similar products exist and are quite popular. People will voice their opinions and you shouldn't ask for people's opinions if you don't want to hear what they have to say.
