From what I can tell, I know those front load washers and dryers are about 27 inches in width, so with the framing around them, you're looking at about 5 feet utilized by the W & D and the sink probably takes another 3 feet; with the drawer on the side there, I'd say you're looking at a 9 foot wall here. That's my best guess.
