It does not look like Mosaic (Virus) to me. But the couple spots towards the tip of the leaf in the 2nd picture might be a smaller kind of Scales?

I'd use a systemic if you can. On the bottom outside edge of the pot, right above the rim of the pot, there is a ragged edge to the leaf. That's usually a sign of an insect.
