Need some assistance with balusters

So my wife and I just bought a house and it has iron balusters right into the wood. I'm looking for baluster shoes, but hoping I don't need to remove the balusters to have them installed. My realtor said she'd heard of snap-on shoes but I'm not having any luck finding them online.


Anyone here know if these exist?
