Philodendron Yellow Leaves

Hello everybody. I'm hoping someone can help. I have a Philodendron Xanadu that I have planted in a large ceramic pot, very wide at the top, narrowing at the bottom (has a drainage hole in the bottom). I have it in my office at work, up on a file cabinet and directly under a fluorescent light that stays on almost all the time. It's rarely turned off. The leaves are about 18-24 inches from that light. I water it twice a week, and fertilize about every other watering using Miracle Grow 8-7-6, 8 drops in 16 oz of water. Lately the bigger leaves are turning yellow on the edges and the yellow gradually extends toward the center. I see no evidence at all of any kind of bug infestation. The plant is healthy otherwise. What could be the problem? I sure hope somebody can help me here. Thanks!
