So leave them? They should flower no problem first time around, but then I will have to let them develop and wait an additional year to see if my sunlight conditions can generate additional flowering. Or I can relocate them after their first bloom and growth cycle, once the foliage dies back.

Immature bulbs or varieties that don't do well in your area could affect blooming so how would you tell which factor, not enough sun or what? If you have a full sun location it is best but if you transplant after flowering season, it is still possible that the following season they will not be in full bloom potential b/c of transplant shock. You have to give plants time to get established

I agree to leave them. Their roots are probably already growing and you will be sacrificing next Spring's show. They will bloom just fine in partial shade as they stored the energy for this year's bloom last Spring. Then, after blooming but when they are still green, dig up with a good amount of the surrounding soil and place in greater sun. Hopefully, they will not be too stressed and 2017 will give a good show.

By the way what type of shade do you have? If it's deciduous, you might have enough sun in the Spring before the leaves fully unfurl.

The house blocks morning sun. Bulb exposure is south western. Receiving sun mid to late afternoon. Maybe 12-5 during spring. I will leave them this year. I have many reblooming bulbs around the house out in the backyard that rebloom each year under oak tree cover. It is my wishful thinking to get something out front the house.

Move them after bloom season but make sure you wait until the foliage has yellowed considerably before doing so. Some people say wait until foliage is brown but I have never waited that long.

I agree with maylingsmom. Move them after blooming in late spring/early summer.

I would just leave them. Buy some more & plant in the other location. If they outperform the original ones then move them?
